摘　　要：近年来,随我国城市化进程不断加速,因城市化需要而向农村征收土地的现象逐渐增加,在农村土地征收过程中,各种社会矛盾逐渐加剧,甚至越演越烈,乃至成为危及农村社会和谐的严重问题。本文认为分析土地征收过程中出现问题的现实原因,构建科学的土地征收法律制度,预防和解决土地征收过程中出现问题,关系到农村土地的保护、农民权益的保障和社会的安定,对于和谐社会的构建有举足轻重的意义。In recent years,with China＇s accelerati-on of the pace of urbanization,the approach to rural land expropriation has been comprehensively adopted to satisfy urbanization construction for the land.？However,in the process of rural land expropriation,there＇s all kinds of disputes which are also increasing year by year,or are even getting worse.If they does not arouse the attention and be resolved fundamentally,they will certainly bring great instability to the society.It is of the significance for safeguarding farmers＇ legal rights and benefits and the construction of harmonious society to analyze issues and reasons in the process of rural land expropriation,to reconstruct the scientific legal system on rural land expropriation,to prevent and settle the issue of rural land expropriation.
