摘　　要：通过录像分析、文献资料、专家访谈等方法从动作内容、难度价值及动作使用频率等方面对第11届全运会女子体操高低杠决赛动作进行研究,结果表明:回环动作特别是扭臂回环动作被广泛运用,D组以上难度动作成为运动员成套动作难度价值的主体,高难转体动作虽处于优势,但动作内容相对单一,因此在空翻和换杠动作上要有所创新和突破。This test moves the contents of the value and difficulty of movement in terms of frequency of use the 11th National Games women＇s gymnastics uneven bars final of action research,the results showed that loop movements,especially arm-twisting maneuvers have been widely used,Group D is more difficult than action and becomes the value of the main sets movement difficulty for a player,high-difficulty twist action is to our advantage,but the movement contents are relatively homogeneous and the change in somersault movements bars somewhat innovation and breakthroughs.
