摘  要:中国式摔跤是竞技双方运动员身体上进行直接对抗的重竞技体育项目。运动员的力量素质是运动员掌握技术、提高成绩的基础。力量训练的成果在一定程度上决定着比赛结果,所以摔跤运动的力量训练对运动员有着至关重要的作用。摔跤的技术、战术训练的同时必须密切结合摔跤的力量训练;对于摔跤的力量训练并不只是的增大力量,而应在训练运动员最大力量的同时训练力量的爆发性与速度性;力量训练的方法对于运动员力量的增加是非常重要的,好的训练方法可以快速、有效地提高训练成果,为提高运动员的专项成绩提供基础。Chinese wrestling is a competitive athlete on both sides against the re-direct competitive sports.The quality of players is athlete to master the power of technology to improve performance foundation.The results of strength training to some extent determine the results of the competition,so the wrestling strength training has a crucial role in the athlete.Wrestling technical and tactical training at the same time must be closely linked wrestling strength training;Strength training for wrestling is not just the increase of strength,maximum force should be in the training of athletes while training explosive strength and speed of strength.Methods for the athletes to increase strength are very important,a good training method can quickly and effectively improve the training results,to improve results provide the basis for the special athletes.
