补精益视片对孔源性视网膜脱离复位术后视功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补精益视片对孔源性视网膜脱离术后视功能的影响。方法:采用前瞻随机对照研究的方法将60例非复杂性孔源性视网膜脱离患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例(30眼)。治疗组从视网膜脱离术后第2 d开始,连续服用补精益视片及银杏叶片2月;对照组只在术后2天开始连续服用银杏叶片2月。通过对术后7 d、30 d、90 d视力恢复、视网膜电流图改变等指标的比较,观察术后视功能恢复情况。结果:治疗组在视网膜脱离术后7天视功能恢复与对照组无显著差异;在视网膜脱离术后30天、90天视功能的恢复优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:补精益视片可能在一定程度上促进视网膜脱离术后视功能的恢复,可作为术后常规用药在临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of bujingyishipian on visual function in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after scleral buckling operation.Methods： Prospective random-controlled-study was performed on 60 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Patients were randomly assigned to drug group and control group each for 30 eyes.The combination of yinxingyepian with bujingyishipian and bujingyinxinyepian was used from the 2 day following the operation for 2 months in the drug group and only yinxingyepian were applied in the control group.The best corrected visual acuity and electroretinography（ERG） were performed in the 7 days,30 days,90 days.Results： The rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after scleral buckling 30 days and 90 days of drug group on recover visual function was batter than the control group.Conclusion： Bujingyishipian may be effective on visual function recovery in the eyes with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after reattachment surgery and is worth of popularizing.
