摘　　要：目的:对抽样于药材市场、医院、零售药店等单位的38批青黛样品的质量进行对比研究,以考察青黛的质量、完善质量控制方法。方法:参考《中国药典》2010年版一部对38批青黛进行研究,并增加脂溶性色素检查、灰分分析、钙含量测定。结果:增加的脂溶性色素检查可较好的检查添加色素,灰分分析与钙含量测定可更全面检查青黛石灰辅料。结论:抽样的38批青黛合格率不高,质量令人堪忧;新增加的检测方法是药典方法的必要补充,建议下一版药典收载。Objective： To examine the quality of Indigo Naturalis and improve its quality control method,comparative study the quality of the 31 batches of Bile Arisaema coming from the medicine market,hospitals,retail pharmacies,etc.Methods： Reference to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ a 2010 edition,analyzing the quality of Indigo Naturalis and adding checking fat-soluble pigment,ash content,calcium content.Results： Additional method of fat-soluble pigment checking can check added color,analysis of ash content and calcium content can be more comprehensive inspection of indigo lime auxiliary materials.Conclusion： The pass rate of Indigo naturalis is not high;new method is a necessary complement to pharmacopoeia,and propose next version of Pharmacopoeia would contain them.
