摘  要:介绍了T91钢用于炉膛膜式管屏的埋弧焊焊接过程中出现的典型裂纹,综合各种因素对裂纹的形成原理进行了分析。通过试验证实对于拘束应力大的T91管屏,埋弧焊拼排可通过多层焊获得合格的T91管屏。按此工艺生产多台CFB锅炉T91管屏,投运锅炉运行情况良好。This paper introduces the typical crack in the process of T91 steel furnace mem- brane tube panel submerged arc welding,and analyses the formation theory by colligating all the factors. It is confirmed by test that for large restraint stress tube panel, submerged are welding can get eligible T91 tube panel through multi-layer welding. Several CFB boilers T91 panels have been manufactured according to the technics, and the running boilers all have a good performance.
