摘　　要：目的分析小儿行为测听在评估儿童听力时的作用。方法选择3～6岁重度感音神经性耳聋佩戴助听器定期随访的小儿,均经声导抗测试及耳声发射测试排除传导性耳聋及听神经病,分别进行听觉诱发脑干反应(auditory brain stem response,ABR)测试,选择ABR波V反应阈为70～90 dBnHL的小儿30例为研究对象,采用小儿游戏测听方法进行小儿行为测听。结果 30例ABR的波V反应阈与小儿游戏测听中2～4kHz最小听阈相比差异无统计学意义,一致性较好。结论行为测听更能全面反映儿童听力情况。Objective To analyze the role of behavioral audiometry in the assessment of children＇s hearing. Methods Children aged between 3 and 6 with severe sensorineural hearing loss wearing hearing aids were followed up, who were confirmed by acoustic immittance testing and otoacoustic emission testing to exclude conductive hearing loss and auditory neuropathy. Auditory brain stem response （ABR） test was performed and 30 cases of ABR wave V threshold of 70 - 90 dBnHL were selected as study object. The children play audiometry method was adopted to conduct pediatric behavioral audiometry. Results As to 30 cases, there is no significant difference between response threshold of ABR wave V and 2 - 4kHz minimum threshold in play audiometry. Conclusion The behavior audiometry more comprehensively reflects the situation of children hearing.
