摘　　要：为了满足某雷达的工作要求,需要对整个馈线系统抽真空、充SF6气体并进行密封。同时,具体的工况又要求整个装置必须简单且经济实用。文中通过使用O型密封圈和带扼流槽法兰设计,解决了接头密封、打火等问题,通过对抽真空装置和充气装置进行一体化设计,满足了馈线系统简单可靠、经济实用的要求。It is required to make the whole feedline system vacuum,then fill SF6 gas into the feedline system and seal the whole system in order to meet the requirements of the radar.Meanwhile according to the specific conditions,the devices should be simple,reliable,cheap and practical.The joint seal and ignition problems are solved well by adopting the O-type sealing ring and the flange with choke slots.And the integration design of the vacuumizing device and the inflation device makes the feedline system simple,reliable,cheap and practical.
