摘　　要：文中介绍了毫米波中功率计自动校准装置使用的"定向耦合器法"的测量原理,重点叙述了装置的硬件组成、软件功能及主要技术指标,并就系统的同步控制、输出功率的幅度控制、校准装置不确定度来源的确定等展开了讨论。该装置能实现10 MHz^40 GHz中功率的自动校准,是对中功率自动校准领域的一次探索,填补了行业空白。This paper introduces the test fundamental principles of ＂Directional Coupler Method＂ used by the automatic calibration device for millimeter-wave middle power meter.Mainly describing the hardware structure,software function and main technical performance of the calibration device.Discussing synchronous control of the system,amplitude control of output power and the way for locating the source of uncertainty factors during equipment calibration.This device realizes automatic calibration of 10 MHz～40 GHz middle power.As an exploration in middle power automatic calibration field,it fills up the gap of calibration industry.
