摘  要:为了探索整装式液体炮中提高燃烧稳定性的控制方法,探讨了边界形状对高压受限射流扩展稳定性的影响。建立了二维轴对称气液两相湍流模型,对三级阶梯渐扩型、圆锥渐扩型和圆柱型充液室内的燃气射流扩展过程进行了计算。采用高速录像系统,对阶梯渐扩型和圆柱型边界约束下的射流扩展过程进行了观测。计算与实验结果相吻合。研究结果表明,采用阶梯渐扩型边界可提高高压受限射流的稳定性。In order to explore the control methods to improve the combustion stability in bulk-loaded propellant gun,the effects of chamber wall shape on the high-pressure combustion-gas jet expansion stability were discussed.A 2D axisymmetric gas-liquid two-phase turbulent flow model was developed.The jet expansion processes in the stepped-wall,conical and cylindrical chamber were calculated.The jet expansion processes in the stepped-wall and cylindrical chamber were also recorded by the high-speed video system.The numerical simulation results coincide with the experiments,and the results show that using stepped-wall can improve the stability of combined high-pressure gas jet.
