摘　　要：目的:建立中成药中非法添加化学成分双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利的快速检测方法。方法:采用化学鉴别方法进行快速筛查,并用薄层色谱法进行进一步确证。结果:化学鉴别与薄层色谱法能快速准确的检测出中成药中非法添加化学成分双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,专属性强,可用于中成药中非法添加双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利的快速检测,并且还能够在基层及国家配备的快检车上应用。Objective： To establish rapid detection method of Diclofenac Sodium and Nimesulide illegally added into anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： To screen rapidly by chemical methods and to further verify by the thin-layer chromatography. Results： The chemical identification and thin-layer chromatography can rapidly detect the anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine illegally added ingredients Dielofenac Sodium and Nimesufide. Conclutions： The method was simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used in the rapid detection of Diclofenac Sodium and Nimesulide illegally mixed into Anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine, and it also can be applied to primary level and drug testing vehicles.
