整合素β_3及细胞外基质分子纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白在早孕药物流产蜕膜与绒毛中的表达

摘　　要：为了解整合素β３ 及细胞外基质中纤粘连蛋白（ＦＮ）、层粘连蛋白（ＬＭ）在米非司酮抗早孕蜕膜与绒毛组织中的表达。将２０ 例停经≤４９ 天，要求流产的早孕妇女随机分成２ 组，对照组１０ 例，药物流产（药流）组１０ 例，应用流式细胞定性定量分析技术，对经免疫荧光标记的蜕膜、绒毛组织中整合素β３、ＦＮ、ＬＭ 进行分析测定。结果表明，药流组绒毛与蜕膜组织中整合素β３ 及ＬＭ 与正常早孕组比较，呈同步性降低（Ｐ＜ ０．００１～０．０５）；ＦＮ 则无明显变化（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。提示整合素β３ 和ＬＭ 在维持早孕中具有重要作用，米非司酮可降低绒毛、蜕膜组织中整合素β３ 和ＬＭTo study the expression of integrin β 3 and extracellular matrix: fibronectin(FN) and laminin (LM) in decidua and chorionic villi of medical abortion for early pregnancy. Methods: Twenty wowen who requested to terminate their pregnancy were divided into the control group ( n =10) and medical abortion group ( n =10) randomly. The integrin β 3, FN,LM in decidua and chorionic villi were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The levels of integrin β 3 and LM in decidua and chorionic villi of medical abortion group were lower than those of control group ( P <0.001～0.05). There was no difference between the levels of FN in the medical abortion group and the control group ( P >0.05) Conclusion: Integrin β 3 and LM may be involved in maintaining early pregnancy. Mifepristone decreased the levels of integrin β 3 and LM in decidua and chorionic villi, which may be related to the antipragnancy mechanism of mifepristone.
