摘 要:本文采用单管微电极细胞外记录技术观察微电流刺激中缝大核(NRM) 对大鼠脊髓L1 ~4 第十层神经元机械伤害性刺激反应的影响,并在此基础上观察了局部应用SP 受体拮抗剂Spantide 在脊髓第十层神经元伤害性信息传递及电刺激NRM 对该区伤害性信息传递调制的作用。结果证明,位于脊髓第十层神经元的机械伤害性反应可被刺激NRM 强烈抑制,SP受体拮抗剂Spantide 可部分阻断NRM 的下行抑制作用。由此推断,中缝大核可抑制脊髓第十层伤害性信息的传递,P 物质参与了NRM 对脊髓第十层神经元的下行抑制过程。Extracellular recording technique was used to examine the descending effects of Neucleus Raphe Magnus(NRM) stimulation on nociceptive transmission in the gray matter around the central canal(lamina X) of rat spinal cord, and to study the effect of local administering SP antagonist spantide on the descending effect evoked from NRM. The results indicate that the nociceptive responses of neurons in lamina X were greatly inhibited by stimulation on NRM, and that the descending inhibition produced by stimulation of NRM is partly blocked by spantide, the specific SP antagonist. The results suggested that the nociceptive transmission in lamina X is modulated by NRM, and SP is involved in the descending inhibition of NRM.
