摘　　要：继电保护试验报告管理是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要基础,而传统的试验报告管理广泛采用基于纸质的人工管理模式,工作量大,时效性差,查询统计不方便,已不能适应生产发展的需要。针对此问题,系统采用状态机工作流技术、PDF电子签名技术、MVC软件设计模式提出了一种3层架构的试验报告管理系统。该系统以SQL Server2000为数据库,采用LinQ to SQL的数据访问层,利用计算机网络实现了定值单管理业务过程的自动化、网络化,极大地提高了业务处理效率,具有较高的实用价值。The management of relay protection test reports is the basis for safe and stable operation of power systems. The traditional test report management is paper archive management, with large workload, low efficiency and inconvenient query and statistics, and it cannot meet the requirements of production development. This paper introduces a three-tier management system using state machine workflow technology, PDF electronic signature technology, and MVC design pattern. This system implements a database of SQL Server 2000, and data access layers of Linq to SQL. The operation process of setting management becomes automatic over the network. It largely enhances the processing efficiency, and has great application value.
