杏仁内侧核注射微量精氨加压素对原发性高血压大鼠血压、心率的影响

摘  要:观察电刺激及微量精氨加压素(AVP) 注入原发性高血压大鼠(SHR) 杏仁内侧核(AME) 的心血管效应。结果发现,(1) 在SHR:电刺激(200μA) AME 引起明显的升压效应,AME 内注射AVP(300 ng,0 .3 μl CSF) 同样引起明显的升压效应和加快心率效应;(2) 在正常大鼠( WKY) :电刺激(200μA) 和注射AVP(300 ng ,600 ng,0 .3μl CSF) 也引起升压反应和加快心率效应,但是,该心血管反应强度明显较SHR低,其差别有统计学意义。表明:(1)AVP 可在SHR 的AME 区域发挥对心血管活动的中枢控制作用;(2) 在接受电刺激或注射微量AVP后,SHR 的AME所表现出的对心血管活动的兴奋效应明显强于WYK。Our studies were done to determine (1) the cardiovascular effects of electrical stimulating and microinjection of vasopressin (AVP) into the medial amygdaloid nucleus (AME) in anesthetized spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) and (2) whether these effects differ from between normotensive Wistar-Kyoto rat (WKY) and SHR.Electrical stimulation (200 μA) of AME in SHR elicited a pressor response. Injection of AVP (300 ng,0.3 μl CSF) into the AME of SHR also produced a marked increase in mean arterial pressure and heart rate. Both electrical stimulation (200μA) and injection of AVP (300 and 600 ng,0.3μl CSF) into AME in WKY led the rats to hypertension and tachycardia, but the aforementioned effects are not so significant as those in SHR.These results suggest that (1) AVP acts in the region of AME to exert a central action on the circulation in SHR;(2) The AME of SHR is more sensitive than that of WKY to injection of AVP and electrical stimulation influencing the cardiovascular function.
