摘　　要：笔者在回顾分析国内学界公平与效率研究过程与主要观点的基础上,总结了收入分配问题研究的两条主线;在微观分配理论的框架内,讨论了经济增长的收入分配效应和收入分配的经济增长效应;证明了公平与效率在一定条件下的同向互促关系。Based on the research process and the main opinions about the relationship between fairness and efficiency in domestic academic circles,this paper summarizes the two major paths of income distribution;in the frame of microeconomic distribution theory,it discusses the effect of economic growth on income distribution and the effect of income distribution on economic growth.In addition,the paper demonstrates that fairness and efficiency is mutually reinforced and parallel with each other under certain conditions.
