改制Biodex等速肘关节配件的效度和信度研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改制Biodex等速肘关节配件(mEA)的效度和信度。方法由评定员A对25名健康自愿者分别使用标准的Biodex等速肘关节配件(sEA)、mEA进行右侧肘屈伸的等速肌力测试;3 d后由评定员B使用mEA再次进行右侧肘屈伸的等速肌力测试;将使用不同配件的测试结果作相关性检验来验证mEA的效度;对不同测试者使用mEA的评测结果来分析评定者间信度。结果使用mEA的测试结果与sEA在各主要等速指标上均呈高度相关(P<0.05)。在各等速指标上组间相关系数(ICC)均大于0.75(P<0.05)。结论 mEA具有良好的效度和信度。Objective To study validity and reliability of the modified elbow attachment（mEA） of Biodex.Methods 25 healthy volun-teers participated in the study.The tester A used mEA and standard elbow attachment（sEA） separately to test right elbow flexor and exten-sor of these volunteers within a day.The tester B used mEA to assess the same muscles of the same volunteers 3 days later.The correlation between mEA and sEA were analyzed to test the validity and reliability of mEA.Results mEA was highly correlated with sEA in all iso-kinetic test data（P0.05）.The interclass correlation coefficients（ICC） were more than 0.75 in most isokinetic test data（P0.05）.Conclu-sion The mEA has a good validity and reliability.
