摘　　要：通过需求分析与架构设计,结构开发与功能实现了一套基于Web的数据库管理与统计监测系统,该系统具有实时数据录入、修改、上报、打印、查询、统计和权限分级用户管理等功能。An advanced web-based database management and statistic monitoring system had been developed by system requirement analysis and framework design.The system which has implemented the related functions,such as data input,modification,upload,printing,recall,statistic,user administration and etc.
