摘　　要：阐述了萍乡区域数字联盟在资源共享过程中的组织管理保障体系,分析了各运行机制对区域数字联盟建设的影响,以期推进萍乡区域数字联盟资源的广泛共享及联盟建设的发展。This paper expounds the organizational management support system of Pingxiang＇s regional digital library consortia in the course of resources sharing,and analyzes the influences of each operation mechanism on the construction of regional digital library consortia for promoting the widely sharing of the resources of Pingxiang＇s regional digital library consortia and the development of Pingxiang＇s regional digital library consortia.
