摘　　要：高校民生档案与广大师生的权益密切相关,其有效整合与共享是时代发展的必然要求。网络环境下,依托现代信息技术,构建人本导向的服务是高校档案管理的方向。University＇s livelihood archives are closely related to the rights and interests of teachers and students,and the effective integration and sharing of university＇s livelihood archives are the inevitable demand of time development.And under the network environment,constructing the people-oriented service based on modern information technology is the direction of university＇s archives management.
