摘　　要：随着社会主义新农村建设的不断深入,乡镇档案建设的作用越来越彰显和突出,新农村建设中形成的档案材料是维护乡镇历史面貌的凭证和依据。乡镇档案对人们正确地总结乡镇过去、指导现在、规划将来,对于繁荣农村经济和文化建设,都具有十分重要的作用和意义。分析了河北省乡镇档案管理发展瓶颈及存在的问题,提出了解决问题的策略。Along with the unceasing development of the construction of new socialist countryside,the function of township files construction is more and more obvious,and the file materials formed in the construction of new countryside are the vouchers and bases for maintaining township＇s historical outlook.The township files possess very important function and significance for the people to sum up the past,guide the present and plan the future of the township.This paper analyzes the bottlenecks for and problems existing in the development of files management in the construction of new countryside in Hebei Province,and puts forward some solutions.
