摘  要:目的为了解化学发光技术对TT3、TT4的实验特点。方法以临床最常用的检测项目TT3、TT4的各项实验室评价指标进行测定,并与放射免疫法进行比较,化学发光采用微粒子固相免疫竞争法。结果线性范围TT3:0.52~10.61nmol/L,TT4:18.00~296.48nmol/L,精密度CV值:批内TT3:8.74%,TT4:4.69%,批间TT3:9.78%,TT4:9.15%,平均回收率TT3:96.24%,TT4:103.41%与放射免疫法测定的相关系数r为TT3:0.9070,TT4:0.8753。结论化学发光各技术指标均达到实验要求,且具有操作简单,报告迅速,无需每次定标,更能适合临床的需求。Objctive To understand the characteristics of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and to compare it with radioimmunoassay(RIA) in the determination of total T3(TT3) and total T4(TT4). Methods Competitive microparticle solid - phase immunoassay was used for chemiluminescence. Results The linear range TT3: 0. 52 - 10. 61 nmol/L, TT4: 18. 00 - 296. 48 nmol/L. The intra- assay and inter - assay were TT3: 8. 74%, TT4 :4. 69% and TT3: 9. 78%, TT4: 9.15% respectively. The average rates of spiking recovery were TT3 96. 24% and TT4 103. 4%. The coefficient correlation with RIA were TT3 0. 9070 and TT4 0. 8753(P > 0. 05). All technical indices of chemiluminescence fulfilled quality requirements of the test. Conclusion It has advantages of simple operation, rapid report and no need of calibration every time and meeting clinical requirements immediately.
