产前超声诊断胎儿腹裂的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨产前超声诊断胎儿腹裂的价值。方法:经腹按常规依次对胎儿颅脑、脊柱、胸腹腔脏器、脐带、胎盘及羊水进行扫查,对可疑异常部位进行反复多切面扫查。结果:2000年6月～2010年6月行产前常规检查的孕妇96475例中,发现胎儿腹裂12例,所有病例均经引产证实。结论:早期作出诊断及早处理,可最大程度的减轻孕妇的生理、心理、经济及社会负担。Objective：To exprole the prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosing gastroschisis. Mefhods ： The fetal cranium, visceral organs, umbilical cord, placenta and amniotic fluid were scanned in proper sequence according to the routine, and multi -dimensional scanning was repeatedly administered to abnormalities suspected. Results：Of all the 96475 pregnant women undergone regular prenatal checks from June, 2000 to June, 2010, twelve cases of fetal gastrochisis were diagnosed by prenatal uhrasonography and subsequently confirmed by induced labour. Conclusion：An induced labour can be carried out when fetal gastroschisis is detected at an early stage by prenatal ultrasonography, thus ultimately reducing the physical, mental, economic and burdens of the pregnant women.
