血液透析安全隐患的细节分析

摘　　要：目的:对HD相关细节进行分析,以消除HD过程中的安全隐患。方法:应用自制调查表调查HD患者及家属担心的问题及对不满意的原因进行归纳和分类。结果:患者及家属担心最多的几个问题依次为:担心透析过程中突然出现意外情况,担心患者被感染乙肝或丙肝,担心无家属陪伴不放心等,不满意的原因主要是护士的技术操作问题,人性化服务欠缺,责任心不强等。结论:应加强HD安全管理,重视每一个细节,消除HD过程中的安全隐患。Objective： Investigating the details of hidden dangers in safety of hemodialysis to eliminate the hidden dangers during hemodialysis. Methods： The questionnaire made by ourselves was used to investigate the problems that hemodialysis patients and their family members worried and generalize and classify the cause. Results：The problems they worried most were fortuitous event of hemodialysis,infected with hepatitis B or C, worried about patients not accompanied by family members, et al. The main causes were nurses＇ deficient technical operation, humanistic service and lacking a sense of responsibility. Conclusions： Security management should be reinforced. Emphasize every detail and eliminate the hidden dangers during hemodialysis.
