长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察长春西汀联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床疗效。方法:120例DNP患者随机分为对照组60例,给予甲钴胺胶囊0·5mg/次,3次/日;治疗组60例给予甲钴胺胶囊0·5mg/次,3次/日,长春西汀20mg,1次/小时;疗程8周。结果:治疗组症状疗效的总有效率(86·66%)明显优于对照组(58·33%),P<0·05;正中神经,腓总神经的SNCV和MNCV的改善,治疗组也优于对照组对(P<0·05)。结论:长春西汀联合甲钴胺胶囊治疗DNP对症状和体征均有良好的改善作用。Objective：To invetigate the curative effect of vinpocetion and mecobalamine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods ： Totally 120 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 60）, treated with mecobalamine capsule 0.5mg/tid ; treatment group （ n = 60 ） treated with mecobalamine capsule 0.5rag/rid and vinpocetion 20mg/qlh ; course of the treatment for 8weeks. Results：The total effective rate of the effectivness in treatment group （86. 66% ） was significantly superior to the control group （ 58.33% ）, P 〈 0. 05 ; So was the improvement of SNCV and MNCV in median nerve and common peroneal nerve （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： As mecobalaminelinked a methyl could participate in the methylation and the metabolization of nucleic acid ,protein and lipid, that could speed up the nerve conduction;Vinpocetion could improve the microcireulation, expand the vessel and protect the neural cells. So vinpocetion and mecobalamine had a good effet on improving the symbol and sign in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
