基层医院应用三维超声成像技术对胆囊疾病的诊断探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨基层医院应用三维超声成像技术对胆囊疾病的诊断价值。方法:对52例患者的胆囊行二维及三维超声检查,评价三维超声是否能够优于二维获得更多的诊断信息及对诊断结果的影响。结果:三维超声图像清晰、能直观显示结石的数目、息肉的部位、表面乳头状或桑葚状的特征,基底部、蒂的长短以及与胆囊壁的关系、具有较强的立体感较二维超声可提供更多的诊断信息。结论:三维超声图像可以直观地显示胆囊疾病的形态特点及与周围组织的结构关系,基层医院开展三维超声成像技术与二维超声联合应用,对胆囊疾病诊断有较大的临床意义。Objective ： Explore 3d ultrasonic imaging technology of gallbladder disease diagnosis application value. Methods： The gallbladder to 30 patients do 2d/3d ultra- sound,evaluation of three - dimensional ultrasound whether can than two - dimensional obtain more diagnostic information and the diagnosis result i,fluence. Results：3d sonogram clear,visual display calculous number, polyps and positions of surface papillary or mulberries shape characteristic ,the length of the basal parts, Wendy and the gallbladder wall relationships, and has strong stereo feel- ing more two- dimensional ultrasound can provide more diagnostic information. Conclusions：Three -dimensional ultrasound images and direct -viewing showing the morphological characteristics and gallbladder disease with the surrounding tissue structure relation, with two -dimensional ultrasound combined application of gallbladder disease diagnosis have large clinical significance.
