人文关怀护理对肝癌临终患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀护理对肝癌临终患者的实施效果。方法:2008年1月～2010年6月收治肝癌临终患者16例,采用疼痛评估量表,焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表,进行测评和调查。结果:患者在疼痛疗效、心理状态等方面都有明显改善。结论:人文关怀护理应用在肝癌临终患者身上,提高了护理质量和患者的舒适度及满意度,充分体现了以人为本的整体护理内涵。Objective：The essay mainly discusses the effects of humanism nursing on the dying patients with hepatocarcinoma. Using pain assessment, stress test and depression self test, the author carries out researches on the application of humanism nursing to the 16 dying patients with hepatocarcinoma and finds that the effects of pain treatment, mental state of the patients and satisfaction with nursing among the patients are improving. Thus the author believes that the application of humanism nursing to dying patients with hepatocarcinoma, which fully presents the humanbased nursing, can greatly raise the quality of nursing and the comfort and satisfaetion of the patients.
