摘  要:由于天气和施工工序的原因,黄河班多水电站泄洪槽要过水泄洪,而在大型弧形钢闸门永久启升设备安装不到位,现场大型起重设备无法进场的情况下,用卷扬机配合滑轮组启升闸门。介绍了具体提升方案和相关计算、设备选择、吊耳设计及具体提升施工工艺。实践证明,该方法在交通条件差、施工环境恶劣的情况下较实用。In Banduo Hydropower Station,the tank needs to discharge because of the weather and construction process.But the permanent open-lifting equipment has not been completed.Under the condition of large-scale crane can't enter,the arc gate is lifted with hoists compounding with pulley blocks.Critical construction scheme,calculation,equipments selection,lug design and critical lifting technology are introduced.It proves that the mentioned method is applicable in poor traffic condition and construction environment.
