摘　　要：通过大跨空间钢结构施工分析,掌握各关键施工阶段的结构状态,确定施工参数和理论目标值后,尚需确定施工控制项目、允许偏差和主控项目,并在施工中采取系列措施,保证结构成型质量。结合济南奥体中心体育馆弦支穹顶,综合对结构性能影响及相关施工允许误差兼容性,建议弦支穹顶撑杆垂直度的允许偏差为±1/150～±1/200;提出误差影响因子及计算方法,通过对比各控制项目之间的误差影响因子,确定各项目的优先控制顺序,从而确定最优先的主控项目;将群索结构中的拉索分为被动张拉索和主动张拉索。指出被动索的控制关键是索长,而主动索的控制关键是索力,并提出了拉索制作、被动索安装和主动索张拉的系列控制措施。Through construction analysis of long-span space steel structure,structural conditions of every key construction phase can be mastered,and then construction parameters and theoretical values can be decided.Construction control items,allowable deviation and main control parameters should be determined to ensure structural formation quality by adopting countermeasures in construction.Based on suspended-dome of Ji＇nan Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium,the suggested allowable verticality of struts for suspended-dome is ±1/150~±1/200 considering influence to structural performance and compatibility with related construction allowable deviations.The impact factor and calculation method are suggested.Then priority control order of every item is decided for choice first priority main control item through comparing on the impact factors.The cables in group-cable structure are divided into passive-tension cable and active-tension cable.It is pointed out that the key control item of passive-tension cable is the length of cable,and key control item of passive-tension cable is stress.Moreover control measures for cable fabrication,installation of passive-tension cable and tension of passive-tension cable are suggested.
