深低温保存自体颅骨瓣的动物实验及临床应用

摘　　要：①目的　探讨深低温保存兔及人自体颅骨瓣的移植效果。②方法　分别将深低温保存、煮沸处理及新鲜的兔颅骨瓣自体移植，观察移植后骨瓣的愈合情况、Ｘ线表现和组织病理学变化。同时，对５０ 例病人自体颅骨瓣行深低温保存，择期行颅骨缺损修补术。③结果　兔新鲜颅骨瓣和深低温保存的颅骨瓣移植效果较好，经煮沸处理的兔颅骨瓣移植效果较差。５０ 例病人移植后临床效果均满意。④结论　深低温保存自体颅骨瓣移植修补颅骨缺损，有与新鲜颅骨瓣近似的治疗效果，其方法简便易行，回植后骨结构和功能恢复良好。Objective\ To investigate the autograft effect of cryopreserved auto cranial flaps of rabbits and human beings.\ Methods\ The cryopreserved, boiled and fresh auto cranial flaps of rabbits were autografted. The healing condition, X ray and histopathology after transplantation were observed. Meanwhile 50 patients' cranial flaps were cryopreserved and transplanted. Results\ After autograft, the cryopreserved cranial flaps recovered as perfectly as the fresh ones, the boiled ones were not satisfying and all the patients recovered satisfactorily, no complication occurred.\ Conclusion\ Using the cryopreserved auto cranial flaps to repaire cranial defect has the same curative effect as the fresh ones. The method is simple and feasible, and worthy to be widely used.\;
