循证护理应用于重症胸外伤患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理应用于重症胸外伤患者的临床效果。方法将134例重症胸外伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予循证护理。结果实验组并发症率,死亡率和护理满意率等方面均显著优于对照组(χ2=5.647,P<0.05;χ2=4.485,P<0.05;χ2=4.060,P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于重症胸外伤患者,能显著减少并发症的发生,提高护理质量,值得临床考虑。Objective To explore the curative effect of EBN used on patients with severe chest trauma.Methods 134 cases of patients with severe chest trauma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The routine care was used for control group,and EBN was used for experimental group.Results The rate of complications,death and satisfaction of nursing in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group（χ2=5.647,P〈0.05;χ2=4.485,P〈0.05;χ2=4.060,P〈0.05）.Conclusion EBN used for patients with severe chest trauma,can decrease the rate of complications and enhance nursing quality,so it deserved considering in clinical work.
