摘  要:塔河分公司对焦炭塔放空凝结水及冷焦水的水质进行了分析,发现致使冷焦水产生恶臭的根源是放空凝结水被直接回收至冷焦水系统中,采取放空凝结水单独处理的方案可解决密闭冷焦水系统的恶臭问题。回用放空凝结水代替部分小量给水冷焦过程中的冷焦水,使单独处理的放空凝结水总量降低了60%以上,大幅降低了污水汽提装置的操作费用。The analysis of qualities of blow down condensate and coke quench water of coke drum of SINOPEC Tahe Company has found that the root cause of foul smell of coke quench water is the direct introduction of blow down condensate to the coke quench water system. The separate treatment of blow clown condensate could eliminate the foul smell problem in close-loop coke quench water system. The utilization of recovered blow down condensate to replace part of quench water has reduced the total condensate water treatment by over 60% and operating cost of sour water stripper is greatly saved.
