2009年寿光市居民心脑血管疾病死亡情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解寿光市居民心脑血管疾病死亡情况与死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对2009年寿光市全部居民中因心脑血管疾病死亡者进行调查。[结果]2009年全市居民1 029 000人,心脑血管疾死亡2 749例,死亡率为267.15/10万。心脑血管疾死亡率（/10万）,男性为262.12,女性为272.28（P〉0.05）;〈15岁为0.00,15-19岁为0.00,20-29岁为3.88,30-39岁为7.91,40-49岁为30.16,50-59岁为118.48,60-69岁为388.59,70-79岁为1 545.83,≥80岁为6 629.61。男性、女性和全部居民,心脑血管疾病前4位死亡原因均为缺血性心脏病、脑血管疾病、高血压性心脏病和风湿性心脏病。[结论]寿光市心脑血管死亡率较高。[Objective]To understand the mortality caused by cardiocerebrovascular disease（CVD） and provide basis for health service development and health policy making.[Methods]The mortality data on CVD causes in Shouguang city in 2009 were collected and analyzed.[Results]Among 1 029 000 residents in Shouguang city,2 749 deaths due to CVD occurred in 2009 with the mortality rate of 267.15/105,the mortality rate of CVD is（/105）,262.12 for males and 272.28 for females（P〈0.05）;Age-specific death rates for 15 age group was zero,and,15-19 age group was zero,20-29 age group was 3.88,30-39 age group was 7.91,40-49 age group was 30.16,50-59 age group was 118.48,60-69 age group was 388.59,70-79 age group was 1 545.83,≥80 age group was 6 629.61.The top 4 leading CVD causes on mortality of males,females and all residents in Shouguang city were ischemic heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,hypertensive heart disease,rheumatic heart disease.[Conclusion]The mortality of CVD causes in Shouguang city is high.
