摘　　要：[目的]了解潍坊市HIV感染者/艾滋病病人的流行病学特征,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2008-2010年潍坊市HIV感染者/艾滋病病人资料进行描述性流行病学分析。[结果]2008-2010年,合计发现HIV感染者/艾滋病病人269例。2008-2010年分别发现78、77、114例（P〉0.05）。269例中,男性占73.98%,女性占26.02%;〈35岁者占72.86%;文盲及小学文化占61.34%,初中占25.28%;农民占56.61%,无业者占26.39%;经性接触传播占62.83%,经吸毒传播占68.77%;外省籍占72.49%,本市占27.51%,分布在12个县市区;羁押劳教人员检测占27.51%,四川、云南等地流动人口检测占21.56%,外省来潍妇女检测占12.64%。[结论]潍坊市艾滋病疫情总体趋于稳定;性传播是主要艾滋病传播途径,男男性接触传播呈现上升趋势。[Objective]To understand the epidemiological features of AIDS in Weifang city so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS.[Methods]The data of epidemic monitoring and epidemiology investigation of AIDS were analyzed in Weifang city,2008-2010.[Results]269 HIV/AIDS were diagnosed,2008-2010.The number of HIV/AIDS each year respectively was 78,77 and 114 in the past three years（P〉0.05）.73.61% were males,others were females and 72.86% of them were under 35 years old.In the education level,61.34%of them were illiteracy and elementary school,25.28% were junior high school;56.61% of them were farmers,26.39% of them had no occupations;The rate of sexual transmission was 62.83%,32.71% of the HIV/AIDS were infected throng intravenous drug use.72.49% were from other provinces.The number of local cases who were distributed in 12 counties,accounting for 27.51%.27.51% were detention personnel;21.56% were the floating population from Yunnan and Sichuan provinces;12.64% were the women from other provinces married into Weifang.[Conclusion]The overall AIDS epidemic is stable in Weifang city.The main transmission route is sexual contact,the route of MSM transmission is on a rising trend.
