2000～2009年潍坊市坊子区肺结核病人登记患病情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]掌握潍坊市坊子区结核病流行规律,为制定结核病防治规划提供科学依据。[方法]对2000-2009年坊子区登记的肺结核病人情况进行分析。[结果]2000-2009年累计登记活动性肺结核病人506例,年均登记患病率为19.5/10万,其中新发现涂阳病人289例,年均登记率为11.40/10万。新发涂阳病人登记率,2000-2004年为2.82/10万-6.82/10万,2005-2009年为15.98/10万-19.97/10万;男性为16.73/10万,女性为5.44/10万（P〈0.01）;0-14岁最低为0.37/10万,15-24岁为19.19/10万,55岁以上在20/10万以上（P〈0.01）;城区为8.22/10万,农村为13.52/10万（P〈0.01）。[结论]坊子区结核病疫情呈上升趋势,男性、15-24岁与老年人是结核病的高发人群。[Objective]To master the law of tuberculosis epidemic in Fangzi district,Weifang city;so as to provide scientific basis for setting prevention plans.[Methods]Analysis was made on registered tuberculosis patients in Fangzi district,Weifang city during 2000-2009.[Results]Of 506 registered cases of active tuberculosis patients during 2000-2009,the annual average incidence rate was 19.5/105,of which the new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 289.The annual average incidence rate was 11.4/105.The new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis incidence rate from 2000 to 2004 was 2.82/105 to 6.82/105,15.98/105 to 19.97/105 from 2005 to 2009;16.73/105 for men and 5.44/105 for women（P〈0.01）;0.37/105 for the children from the age of 0 to 14,19.19/105 for 15 to 24;20/105 for over 55-year-old patients（P〈0.01）;14.3/105 for urban residents;23.7/105 for rural residents（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The TB epidemic in Fangzi district is rising.Men,young people aged 15 to 24 and the aged people have high risk for TB.
