摘　　要：为探讨放免法检测ＨＢｓＡｇ 是否存在后带现象， 采用放射免疫分析（ＲＩＡ） 技术， 用二步法和一步法对５９５ 例标本进行了检测。结果显示，用二步法测定ＨＢｓＡｇ 为强阳性的标本， 用一步法测定时有部分标本变为弱阳性和假阴性。对此部分标本进行１：１０ 和１ ：１００ 稀释后， 再用一步法测定时全部变为强阳性。提示一步法检测ＨＢｓＡｇ 时， 也存在后带现象。The article is to study the postzone phenomena in HBsAg detection used with RIA.Using RIA, 595 samples were tested with two step method and one step method. The results showed that the strong positive samples of HBsAg in detection using with two step method partly became slight positive and false negative, when these samples were detected by one step method. After these were diluted into 1:10 and 1:100, these were strong positive with one step method. The study indicated that HBsAg detection used with one step method had postzone phenomena too.
