摘　　要：本文基于对中国半导体市场状况的分析，指出我国半导体产业存在的问题。以日本和韩国为参照对象，对我国应如何发展半导体市场提出了自己的思考，并对政府的行为做出了一定的建议；指出政府应在我国的半导体产业的发展中发挥主要的推动作用，并对短期内政府的行为和长期的政府行为提出了自己的看法。The analysis, based on the careful study of the semiconductor market of our country and the experience of Japan and South Korea, points out the problems in the industry. This paper tries to answer the question of how to promote the development of semiconductor industry, pointing out that the govemment plays a key role in the industry, and emphasizing the govemment behavior in the short term and in the long run.
