摘　　要：本项研究根据特定领域科技计划评估的特点，针对委托者的要求，明确了评估的内容，提出了实施评估的方法。在此基础上，利用问卷、面访调查和研讨等形式，从技术、管理和计划发挥的作用等方面，对某科技计划的执行情况进行了综合评估。According to the character of especial science and technology program, and the request of the user, the content and method of the evaluation have been confirmed. Based on the method above, a science and technology program has been synthetic evaluated in technology, management and action.
