摘 要:采用还原焙烧—酸浸工艺处理电镀污泥,可以实现对铜的选择性回收。研究了不同焙烧条件下,电镀污泥的失重率和金属含量,并探索了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、煤粉用量、CaCO3投加量对金属浸出率的影响。结果表明,还原焙烧有利于污泥减量和金属富集;并且经还原焙烧污泥中金属的浸出效果明显优于直接焙烧;在电镀污泥中添加10%(质量分数)的煤粉和0.5%(质量分数)的CaCO3,于700℃焙烧20 min后,在焙烧底渣投加量为20 g/L(每升10%(质量分数)的硫酸溶液投加20 g焙烧底渣)、振荡速度为112 r/min、浸出时间为60 min、室温条件下进行酸浸,Cu浸出率高达98.73%,而Ni、Zn、Cr的浸出率较低,从而使目标金属Cu和其他金属初步分离。The experiments of reductive roasting and acid leaching the galvanic sludge were preformed to selective recovery the copper from sludge.The weight decreasing rate and metals concentration of galvanic sludge under various roasting conditions were detected and the effect of roasting temperature,roasting time,dosage of fine coal and CaCO3 on leaching rate of metals was investigated.The results showed that reductive roasting was more excellent than direct roasting in both sludge quantity reduction and heavy metal enrichment,and metal leaching efficiency of reductive roasting treated sludge was better than that of direct roasted sludge.The leaching rate of Cu reached 98.73% after the galvanic sludge treated by the following conditions: reductive roast at 700 ℃ for 20 min with the presence of 10%(mass ratio) fine coal and 0.5%(mass ratio) CaCO3,and then acid leaching by 10% of H2SO4 for 60 min at room temperature with liquid-to-solid ratio of 20 g/L and stirring speed of 112 r/min.Simultaneously,leaching quantity of Ni,Zn,Cr were much less,so the target metal Cu was finally separated from other metals.
