摘　　要：目的:观察电针对老年带状疱疹(HZ)患者免疫功能的影响。方法:对照组23例用泛昔洛韦、甲钴胺、维生素B1等治疗,治疗组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用电针治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者血清中LgE水平降低、IL-12水平升高(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:IgE和IL-12水平随病情好转而有降低或升高的趋势,提示电针对老年带状疱疹患者免疫功能有调节作用。Objective：To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on immune function in senile herpes zoster patients.Method：23 cases were treated by famciclovir,mecobalamin and vitamine B1 as the control group.The study group was treated with electroacupuncture additionally based on the same treatment of the control group.Result：After the treatment,the level of LgE in the serum of both groups decreased and the level of IL-12 increased（P〈0.05）,but compared with that of the control group,the changes of the study group were more obvious（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：With the improvement of the disease,there is the trend that the level of IgE and IL-12 decreases or increases,which suggested that electroacupuncture had regulation effect on immune function in senile herpes zoster patients.
