摘　　要：当前大众化教育模式因其千人一面忽视因材施教,会造成优秀学生的潜能未被挖掘,学生成才率低等严重问题,因此在大众教育背景下实施精英教育迫在眉睫。本文从学生遴选机制、教师配备机制、教学模式改革机制、管理制度机制等四个方面针对现存问题提出对策,试图建构基于精英教育理念的体育传媒人才培养模式。Model because it ignores excellent students in accordance with their aptitude, can cause the potential untapped, students＇ low rate of becoming useful person serious problems,so in public education background, education implementation of elite is imminent. In this paper, the student selcetion mechanism, teachers are equipped with mechanism, teaching mode reform mech anism and management system mechanism according to existing problems from four aspects, puts forward countermeasures, and attempts to construct the sport media talents training model based on elite education concept.
