摘　　要：目的:了解社区2型糖尿病患者中医药干预情况及其疗效。方法:对社区310例确诊为2型糖尿病的患者进行调查,根据其用药情况分为西医治疗组(A组161例)和中西医治疗组(B组149例),记录患者一般资料、用药情况、血糖等检查指标、并发症、平均年(中西医)卫生费用(门诊、住院)、因病平均年休天数等,1年后进行复查。结果:第1次调查A组与B组在血糖等检查指标、并发症等方面的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2次调查A组与B组在血糖等检查指标及门诊费用等方面差异无统计学意义;B组新增并发症例数明显少于A组(P<0.05);且B组年住院费用、年总费用及因病平均年休天数与A组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:中医药干预对糖尿病特别是并发症有较好的疗效,并能明显减少费用及因病平均年休天数,应加强并普及社区糖尿病患者的中医药干预。Objective：To investigate the effects and status of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）interventions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） in community.Methods：310 T2DM patients were divided into the Western medicinal treatment group（group A,161 cases） and the Western combining with TCM treatment group（group B,149 cases）.The patient＇s data,such as general information,rational use of drugs,index of laboratory examinations,complications,average cost every year and average rest days every year were recorded and rechecked one year later.Results：There were no statistical differences in the laboratory examinations and complications between the two groups in the first survey（P0.05）and there were no statistical differences in the index of laboratory examinations and average clinic cost every year in the second survey,but the average inpatient cost,average total cost and average rest days every year of B group were less than those of group A obviously（P0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect on T2DM and complications especially.It can decrease the average cost and average rest days every year obviously.So,we should popularize and reinforce TCM therapy in patients T2DM.
