耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药性及基因分型研究

摘　　要：目的研究耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant coagulase negative staphylo-coccus,MRCNS)耐药性状况及感染的流行病学特征。方法苯唑青霉素法筛选MRCNS株,K-B法测定其耐药性,脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分析MRCNS基因同源性。结果 39株MRCNS共得到6个耐药谱型和13个基因型(A～M),以A(7株)、B(6株)、C(6株)、D(5株)型为主,其中来自ICU和神经外科病房菌株分别为19和10株,其余菌株散在分布;耐药谱型表现为多种类抗生素耐药型。结论 MRCNS具有多重耐药性,未出现万古霉素耐药菌株,MRCNS在ICU出现小规模爆发流行趋势。Objective To analyze the distribution of the antibiotic resistance and the epidemiological characteristics of Methicillin-resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus（MRCNS）.Methods MRCNS strains were filtrated by Oxacillin,the antibiotic resistance property was analyzed and the genetic relationships were detected by Kirby-Bauey method and pulsed——field gel electrophoresis（PFGE） to all strains,respectively.Results Six antimicrobial resistance patterns and thirteen genotypes（A to M） were found.The important genotype were A（seven strains）、B（six strains）、C（six strains） and D（five strains）.Nineteen strains and ten strains were isolated from intense care unit（ICU） and neurosurgery units,respectively.MRCNS strains were resistant to several kinds of all antibiotic studied.Conclusion MRCNS shows multi-drug resistant character to all antibiotic studied,no vancomycin resistant strain was found in this study.And a small MRCNS prevalent trend has been existed in ICU of this hospital.
