妊娠晚期胎死宫内与孕妇体位及持续时间相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析孕晚期胎死宫内与孕妇体位及持续时间的相关性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,将我院近五年孕晚期胎死宫内的病例66例进行分析。结果 66例中与孕妇体位有相关性者13例,占总数的16.67%,主要为坐位持续时间8小时以上者。结论死胎的发生是多项因素作用的结果,孕晚期胎死宫内与孕妇长时间坐位有一定的相关性,应指导孕晚期孕妇采取适宜的体位及时间,以利于母胎健康。Objective To analyze the relation of pregnant women＇s pose and its continues time for fetal death in uterus at the Third Trimeste.Methods The incidence rate and causes of cases were retrospectively investigated among 66 women with fetal death at the Third Trimeste in resent 5 years.Results There 13cases were cased by Pregnant Women＇s Pose and its continued Time more than 8 hour.The rate is 17.67%（66 cases）.Conclusion Many factors can lead to fetal death.The sitting pose of pregnant women for a long time at the third trimester has the relation.We should teach pregnant women to adopt fit pose and time so that mother and children are healthy.
