摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT多种后处理技术在膀胱脐尿管结石的诊断价值。方法搜集并分析近3年经我院16排螺旋CT多种后处理技术诊断的23例膀胱脐尿管结石患者的影像学资料。结果 23例脐尿管结石中,多发结石17例,单发结石6例,结石发生部位在脐尿管与膀胱交界区10例,脐尿管近膀胱段5例,膀胱壁内及脐尿管近膀胱段8例;结石表现为小点状、类圆形或串珠状高密度影,边缘光整。结论采用16排螺旋CT的容积数据采集及多种后处理技术的方法,CT图像解剖层次清晰,明显提高密度分辨率及空间分辨率,在膀胱脐尿管结石的诊断中可作为首选的影像学诊断方法。Objective To study the diagnostic value of MSCT and Multiple planar reformation(MPR) in urachal calculus.Methods We collected and analyses twenty three cases of urachal calculus in our hospital with 16-row MSCT in the past 3 years.Result Twenty three cases of urachal calculus were in the study.Multiple calculus were found in 17 cases,single calculus in 6 cases,10 cases in boarderline of bladder space,5 cases near the bladder and 8 cases inside the bladder with near the bladder.Stones were look like small punctiform,round like or bead like high-density shadow with smooth borderline.Conclusion 16-row MSCT volume data acquisition and Multiple planar reformation(MPR) technic can provide clear pictures and high space resolution.It could be the preferred iconography diagnostic method in the bladder urachal calculus diagnosing.
