摘 要:利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)-硫酸铵包埋法对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)污泥进行固定。采用上流式厌氧反应器进行含锌废水的处理,研究进水SO42?质量浓度、pH、固定化小球与废水质量比等因素对体系处理含锌废水的影响。研究结果表明:在进水SO42-质量浓度为4.151 g/L,Zn2+质量浓度为0.100 g/L,pH为5.9,固定化小球与废水质量比为1:2,水力滞留时间为20 h的条件下,Zn2+去除率达98%以上,出水Zn2+质量浓度达《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996);锌离子主要结合SRB的代谢产物S2-形成ZnS沉淀从废水中去除。利用稳态法测得SO42-催化还原速率与SO42-浓度函数关系曲线遵守米氏方程。The method of PVA-(NH4)2SO4 immobilization was adapted with entrapping of immobilized sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB).Upflow anaerobic biologic reactor technology was employed and processing experiments were conducted to study systemically the influence factors of treatment of wastewater containing Zinc,such as SO42-concentration in influent,pH,beads and iquid compound proportion amount.The results show that under the conditions of 4.150 g/L SO42-,pH 5.9,0.100 g/L Zn2+ in influent,the optimum liquid and beads compound proportion amount is 1:2 and is 20 h,the removal ratio of Zn2+ is more than 98%,Zn2+ concentration in effluent reaches national discharge standard of wastewater;Zn2+ removal is the result of deposition of Zn2+ and HS-.The functional relationship between rates of SO42-catalytic reaction and SO42-mass concentration obtained by using the steady-state method complies with the law of Michaelis Equation.
