摘  要:目的调查湖北省随州市羊携带嗜吞噬细胞无形体的状况。方法运用聚合酶链反应方法对湖北随州市采集的羊血标本进行嗜吞噬细胞无形体16S rRNA基因片段进行扩增和序列分析,将扩增序列与GenBank相应基因序列进行同源性比较和进化分析。结果共检测羊血标本29份,阳性标本25份,嗜吞噬细胞无形体阳性感染率为86.2%;所检出的嗜吞噬细胞无形体16S rRNA基因(1 442 bp)与GenBank中收录的部分嗜吞噬细胞无形体16s rRNA基因序列的同源性高达97.1%~99.8%,进化分析显示与嗜吞噬细胞无形体同在一个分支上。结论湖北随州地区山羊存在嗜吞噬细胞无形体的感染。To investigate the prevalence of Anaplasma phagocytophilum in goats from Suizhou, the DNA of 16S rRNA of A. phagocytophilurn from blood samples from goats were amplified with PCR. The products of PCR were further analyzed by sequencing and nucleotide alignments. A total of 29 whole blood samples were tested, and the 25 samples were positive. The similarities of the nucleotide sequences (1 442 bp) with those deposited in GenBank were 97.1% to 99.8%. Compared with the other corresponding genera such as Anaplasma boris, Anaplasma marginale, Ehrlichia, Ehrlichia cha f f eensis, et al. , the strains in this study were located in different clades while in the same clade as A. phagocytophilum in the phylogenetie tree. It is concluded that the infection of A. phagocytophilum is existed in goats from Suizhou, China.
