摘　　要：对轻油蒸汽转化异形化催化剂的实验室研究及工业装置投样试验结果进行了总结。结果表明，催化剂异形化后较原拉西环堆密度下降１０ ％ 左右，表观活性提高１５％ ～２０％ ，机械强度能够满足工业装置使用要求。Summarizes the lab research and sampling test in industrial plant of the shaped naphtha steam reforming catalyst The results indicate that the shape modification of the catalyst grain lowers the bulk density by about 10%and increases the apparent activity by 15%～20%,compared with those of the original Raschig ring catalyst,and its mechanical strength can meet for the requirements of the industrial plants
