摘　　要：对一段转化炉下集气管开裂原因进行了研究。结果表明，严重超温是下集气管失效的主要原因。The rupture reasons of the outlet manifold in Primary reformer was investigated The results show that the failure of the outlet manifold is mainly caused by too high service temperature of over 890℃
