摘　　要：目的:通过研究乳腺肿瘤血管影像解剖学表现,为乳腺肿瘤诊断及治疗提供重要依据。方法:选取500例乳腺肿瘤患者X线片并辅以乳腺超声进行超声检查,观察分析乳腺肿瘤血管影像学特点。结果:乳腺恶性肿瘤血管多数增多、增粗,粗细不均及迂曲;乳腺良性肿瘤血管多数管径正常,粗细均匀,走行自然。结论:乳腺肿瘤血管影像解剖学表现对于鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤有重要临床意义。Objective：To provide the important evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of breast tumor by imaging anatomical study.Methods：X-ray films in 500 patients with breast tumor were selected and color Doppler ultrasound on breast tumor was performed.Then,to analyze imaging features of blood vessel.Results：Blood vessels in malignant tumors became coarser and increased.Blood vessels in benign tumors were normal.Conclusion：Imaging anatomical manifestations of blood vessels in breast tumor are valuable for differential diagnosis of malignant and benign breast tumors.
